Our lead time varies depending on the season and current project load. Typically, we can begin the design process within 2-4 weeks of initial contact. Installation timelines depend on the complexity of your project and material availability. During our peak season (spring through early fall), wait times may be longer. We recommend contacting us at least 3-6 months before your ideal completion date for best results.
Our design fees are based on the scope and complexity of your project. For most residential properties, design fees range from $1,500 to $5,000. This includes initial consultations, site analysis, conceptual designs, and final construction documents. For larger or more complex projects, we provide custom quotes after understanding your needs. Design fees are typically credited toward your installation costs if you choose to proceed with ThornSprigstone for the implementation.
We frequently work with existing landscapes, whether we're refreshing mature gardens or renovating spaces that no longer meet our clients' needs. Our team excels at evaluating what's worth preserving and what should be reimagined. Many of our most beautiful projects incorporate established trees or other elements while introducing new plantings and hardscape features.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience navigating HOA requirements and creating designs that meet both your vision and community standards. We're happy to review your HOA's landscape guidelines during our initial consultation and incorporate any necessary elements into our design. We can also assist with preparing and submitting any required documentation for HOA approval.
